Total non-clinical operating cost: billing and RCM, scheduling, patient support, administrative staffing, and software spend — divided by patients served.

What we exclude

Clinician compensation and clinical time. The efficiency never came from cutting care — sessions look the way they always have.

What changed

We automated workflows end to end rather than shaving minutes off manual ones. A claim gets checked, submitted, and followed up without a person touching it unless something is unusual.

Quality alongside

Patient outcomes and satisfaction were tracked throughout. The gains came from AI agents automating administrative work, not from clinical time.
